Registration and Billing Support

To begin using eShipRate, each eCommerce platform has a different procedure:

Shopify Stores: Visit the Shopify App Store and search for eShipRate.  Install the app from there.  Billing is done through Shopify.  Once installed, you will receive your login credentials to begin using the system.

Our goal is to make eShipRate as self-explanatory and easy to use as possible.  

Almost every page within the eShipRate system has a tutorial video and explanation on how to use. However, if you need help with anything, we are here to help.
