General Settings

Enable eShipRate: This turns eShipRate on/off. Set to “Yes” to turn on.

Default Origin Zip/Postal Code (REQUIRED): Enter the default zip/postal code from which items will be shipped from. The system requires this in order to calculate shipping.

Default Origin Country: Enter the default country from which items will be shipped from.

Enable UPS, FedEx, USPS: You can enable or disable these shipping carriers from here. Leaving the all enabled is the recommended setting and is harmless even if you are not using any of these carriers.
If you requested that we add additional carriers to your account, you will see them listed here too.

How to treat items with dimensions when you do not have any boxes set up?
This ONLY applies if you did not set up any boxes in the system. If you do have boxes set up, then this setting is irrelevant.
Set to “Own Box” (default), will make the system ship items in their own box using the item’s dimensions/weight.
Set to “Ignore”, the system will ignore the item’s dimensions.

Default Weight: Mistakes happen. If you have any items with no set weight, or if the weight is set to 0, the system will use the default weight you set here.
