Depending on which ecommerce platform you are using, the procedures vary.

Currently eShipRate is available only for Shopify.  We are currently developing eShipRate for several other platforms, and will update this page accordingly.

Shopify store owners should visit the Shopify App Store and search for “eShipRate”.  You can install eShipRate directly from the Shopify backend.  Billing is also performed by Shopify.  You will not pay us directly.
